Payment Terms : By Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary LETTER OF CREDIT (DLC) AT SIGHT. After signing the contract (Sales Contract) in 5 bank working days，the buyer will issue a DLC draft to Seller. Meantime, the seller will issue PB draft to buyer. Once the buyer receive and confirm the acceptance of PB draft, Seller Bank will issue and swift a 2 % PB to buyer’s bank within 5 bank working days.  In 7 bank working days after receive seller bank’s PB, Buyer bank will issue and swift the 120% DLC to seller’s bank.
