- Incredibly healthy organic bread formulated specially for children (from 12 months of age). Perfect composition of nutritional values, mild flavour and lack of food allergens inside. Suitable for children intolerant to gluten, lactose and having other food intolerances. Nutri score A. Its uniqueness stems mainly from the long maturing liquid buckwheat sourdough and wholegrain oat flour from gluten free farming. Bread in slices (weight of 135g per package) is packed in a laminated foil and pasteurised. Shelf life 3 months (up to 6 months when special barrier laminate applied). - Organic gluten free Flax Chips. Most probably the healthiest snack on the market, rich in dietary fibre (23g per 100g) baked without fat. Unique production process and only 3 basic ingredients: linseed, potato starch and lemon juice. Available in three options: saute (just linseed, potato starch and lemon juice), sea salt (most popular with a pinch of sea salt) and sunflower (with grinded sunflower seeds).

- Organic gluten free flours and starches. Carefully selected unique flours like fava bean flour and brow pea flour. Rich in fibre and proteins. Indispensable in modern vegan and gluten free cooking and baking. Moreover, potato starch which is essential for every kitchen.
