We are an outsource call centre, seeking services e.g. inbound, outbound, telesales, data entry, survey chat & email, overflow of calls,accounts, customer service, customer retention, virtual receptionist, product recall support, near shore and offshore services but we are not limited to that.
The Call Centre is paperless, data analysis, calls are recorded and monitored, cameras on site, our agents are treated fairly, ongoing training, Professional agents are bilingual (English, French, Spanish and Italian), 24/7 service, dedicated or shared staff, VoIP and cloud base system, fast service, USB noise cancellation headsets, regular contact with our clients, backup generator available, local technician on site and one of our technical partner is based in Sweden, statistics and analytical reports are provided to our clients. We listen to our clients needs and their expectations, right staff are chosen as per their capabilities ans strengths. Hence we are able to deliver to a high standard.
We treat all customers in a high esteem by putting them first, keeping their brand in mind. Calls and queries nad other services are delivered to a high standard, with our QA'a and team leaders assessing the work regularly. With any brand comes high expectation in delivery service, hence we pay close attentions to the delivery service and our agents etiquette and professionalism.
