All world forecasts show that in a few years, the world will face great difficulties in obtaining environmentally friendly and safe food. In some countries, a difficult food security situation will arise. Due to insufficient production of high-quality feed, the raising of animals, poultry and fish will decrease.
Our company offers a project that in a short period of time, within 2 - 3 years, will be able to clear agricultural land to its parental state. In accordance with our technology, when growing non-traditional agricultural crops using organic biologically active siliceous granular fertilizers, it will make it possible to obtain environmentally friendly crop products, while simultaneously cleaning the land and water basins.

Innovative silicon organic fertilizers, which we will produce from the resulting manure and dung, will help to get high yields on any land. We investigated our organic silicon-containing fertilizers when growing grain and forage crops on sandy lands using artificial irrigation and got a yield that is 20-30% higher than what is now obtained on black soil using mineral fertilizers.
The production of innovative compound feed, feed additives and hydroponic green feed will be organized from grown non-traditional feed crops with a high content of protein, essential amino acids, sugars and fiber, as well as unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3, omega-6) and trace elements, including silicon Si. The feed will contain up to 45% carbohydrates, 38% vegetable protein and 14% vegetable fats. In order to improve the quality of feed, during their production, rice husk ash with a silicon dioxide content of up to 93% and dispersed powder (20 microns) - shungite mineral will be added to the feed.
When feeding animals with these feeds (cattle, small ruminants - sheep and goats, rabbits and pigs), poultry and fish, will lead to minimal risks for the spread of diseases in them, including leukemia in cows, it is better to reproduce, to bring healthier offspring. Young animals will gain weight faster and the percentage of culls will decrease.
The period of growth to marketable appearance will be reduced by 12%, the birth rate of offspring will increase by 7% and milk yields in animals will increase to 12%. The bird will have an increase in egg production and egg shell thickness. Due to the high energy value of these feeds, the amount of their consumption is reduced by up to 30%.
The products grown (animals, poultry and fish), using these feeds, will be of high quality in terms of microbiological composition and taste, the amount of vitamins will increase, and toxicants (nitrates, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, etc.) will be practically excluded. Thus, when feeding animals, poultry and fish with these feeds, it will allow growing environmentally friendly, safe and low-cost products.
Raw materials for fodder production will have a low cost, mainly due to high yields.
Studies carried out in the farms of the Russian Federation - the Saratov region, Chuvashia and the Republic of Tatarstan on the use of these fertilizers and feeds showed good results in their use.
This technology allows the production of large quantities of clean and safe food on small plots of land. Within the framework of the project, we will use only 120 thousand hectares of land, on these lands we will produce such a quantity of products for which now, according to the classical scheme, more than 1.5 million hectares of arable land are needed. The cost of our products will be 4-7 times lower than the products that are now produced using traditional technology.
All produced water, which will be used in this project for breeding animals, poultry, fish and irrigation, will be purified and desalinated using the mineral shungite and other natural components. Purified and restructured water will affect the growth, quality and shortening of the rearing period of plants and animals. The presence of fullerene gives shungite unique properties to structure water and purify it, removing organochlorine compounds - carcinogens, toxins and pesticides, impurities of heavy metals and radionuclides, allows optimal saturation of water with unique microelements in their natural state.
More than 19,500 new jobs will be created under this project. Housing will be built for all employees of the company. All employees will be provided with 2 meals a day free of charge.

Production of silicon-containing materials (15,000 tons) and renewable energy sources (electric 150 MW and thermal 2000 MW), the entire line of environmentally friendly food products with a low cost. Cultivation of grain and forage crops, vegetables, fruits, grapes and berries on an area of 200,000 hectares. Breeding animals (cows - 9000 heads, bulls - 6000 heads, sheep - 20,000 heads, goats - 20,000 heads, pigs - 6,000 sows (slaughter 157,300 heads) and rabbits - 95,000 females (slaughter of 6,144,000 heads of rabbits), poultry (broilers - 21,500,000 heads, laying hens - 1,800,000 heads, turkeys - 1,200,000 heads, ducks - 1,700,000 heads, geese - 1,700,000 heads, guinea fowls - 18,000,000 heads) and fish (sturgeon - for the production of black caviar - 380 tons of fish and meat products - 3000 tons, telapia - 10,000 tons). Production of organic biologically active silicon-containing granular fertilizers - 450,000 tons and the production of mixed feed for all types of animals, poultry and fish - 730,000 tons, 25 000 tons of biologically active flint feed additives and 230,000 tons of hydroponic feed. Construction of greenhouses on an area of 500 hectares. Production of 450,000 tons of vegetable and fruit products, 350,000 tons of potatoes, 18,000 tons of tomato paste, 15,000 tons of fruit jams, 50,000 tons vegetable and fruit juices , 150,000 tons of canned food, 50,000 tons of bakery and 35,000 tons of confectionery, 350,000 tons of groceries, 15,000 tons of baby food, 75,000 tons of vegetable and sunflower oils and 350,000 tons of bioethanol. Production of meat, fish and dairy products, high quality cheeses. Organization and construction of a retail and wholesale trade network.
