We are a Greek SME company, pioneering composite parts’ manufacturer, focused on marine, automotive, wind energy and other special niche sectors.
The company utilize, through its own R&D capabilities, state-of-the-art technologies for the design and fabrication of medium to large sized complex reinforced plastic parts, mainly aiming for higher production volumes. The company manufactures composite parts and offers product co-development from initial inception, detailed design and testing, material & product certification, production and lifetime enhancement.
The company has a 2.000 m2 manufacturing plant in the greater area of Athens. The company is deeply involved in the production of high-tech, high-performance parts made of composites such as carbon, Kevlar or glass-fiber. As an example, the company produces boats, made of both glass-fiber and carbon. The own offer of the company includes one boat with wave-piercing hulls made of either glass-fiber (with resin infusion) or of carbon. A normal such production boat, made of carbon, with a length of 6 meters, weights 145 kilos and propelled by a normal 30 HP. outboard, achieved a world record for consumption over a distance of 105 nautical miles, with a consumption of 23 liters of fuel.
Additionally, the company produces hulls and parts for other boat manufacturers using only advanced manufacturing methods. The company has constructed a 14m carbon-fiber hull, as well as other glass-fiber hulls for various models for other boat firms. The production of glass-fiber boats realized exclusively with adjustable resin infusion process. This process results in reduced manufacturing costs with unparalleled top quality of the produced boat. The company is also manufacturing other parts, for other market segments that are both difficult and large to produce. The Greek company is already producing parts for various industries, including the automotive and wind energy. Parts from other sectors are sought for manufacturing. The Greek company is looking for firms from abroad that would like to collaborate under a manufacturing agreement for their composite products (including boats) or parts, produced in Greece with advanced methods, competitive pricing and high quality.
