Manufacturer of Natural Cosmetic Products is Looking for an Investor

This company has been established in 2012 and it is a small private Croatian company. Their traditional business model is based on manufacturing natural cosmetic products under the brand name "Medelior".

The company owner had been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis and few years later he invented formula for treating skin diseases. In cooperation with the Faculty of Science at University of Zagreb, company developed pure natural cosmetic product named "Medelior Active" which has been present in the market since 2015 and it is intended to help in retreating symptoms of skin diseases like psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and similar. Medelior cosmetics offer two more products: Medelior Nature and Medelior Velvet. Their cosmetics are natural products and have effective purpose - "Cosmetics with a mission".

Since 2017 they have been cooperating with an Israeli company that supplies them with salt and Dead Sea mud which are used as raw materials in their skin care center where they providing treatments modeled on Dead Sea clinics and which in combination with their product achieve great long-term results in the regression of skin.

In 2019, an observational study was conducted for the company and the results proved its effectiveness in withdrawing the symptoms of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.

The company is currently a responsible person, manufacturer, owner of the Medelior brand and know-how related to the recipe and production of Medelior Active product.

The company is interested to find potential investors for them or some companies which are in the pharmaceutical/medical or cosmetic sector who might be interested in purchasing such as Medelior Active.
