Atlantic salmon producer, processor and exporter

               This company has a long history in the production and export of salmon and nowdays it is the second                 largest producer of Atlantic salmon in Chile. They comply with the highest quality standards and                         international certifications, as well as they are concerned with delivering a first level service to clients. 

               It exports both fresh and frozen products all over the world, within which are Head-on, H/G, Fillets,                     Portions and Smoked Products. Their main products are:

• Atlantic salmon: this species grown in the fiords of the South of Chile is the most demanded in the European and North American market, not only because of its high content of Omega 3, but also due to its excellent taste and texture.

  They offers a great variety of products and cuts; boned fillets with skin or with skin removed, exact weight portions, among others.

  Because of their specialized logistics management, our products can be distributed fresh, preserving their outstanding flavor and texture, to very distant markets.

• Salmon trout: its intense reddish color and its excellent texture make it the species most required by the oriental market.

  They harvest rainbow trout throughout the year and thanks to the demanding levels of sanitary control in their processes, they are the preferred company for markets that demand raw consumer products such as sashimi.

  Harami, loins, fillets with skin and fillets without skin are some of the products that we develop with this species, depending on the gastronomic tastes of the different markets.

• Smoked salmon: built to the highest sanitary standards, their smoked products plant has the capacity and is equipped to produce a wide range of trout and salmon smoked products, as well as a variety of forms, seasonings and packaging.

  The company is prepared to cold-smoke or hot-smoke. Processes are controlled at each stage to assure excellent flavor and texture.

• Mussels: produced under a careful work policy , following continuous processing lines, packed and vacuum sealed, which assures the final product’s excellent texture.

  They produce three types of products: full shell, half shell or only meat, to comply with or satisfy our clients' requirements.
