The basic raw materials for the operation of the technology are all types of plastics (except PVC, polyurethane and expanded polystyrene), flushed tetra pack packaging, rubber (especially in the form of tires). The input capacity of our unit is 720kg/h for plastic and 1000kg/h for scrap tires.
From processed material, we can get three products. Pyrolysis oil, gas, and carbon. Our unit is designed for continuous operation. The basic setup is placed into three HQ40’ containers for better transportation and fast installation. The biggest effort was aimed at safety. Each container is monitored by camera, our computer system can detect any anomalies and safely shut down the entire system.
