Induction furnaces from 1T to 2T for use in making mining wear parts

My company was established in 2008 and it specialises in making steel products as per our customers drawings or samples. We have a  small machine shop that we use in making final products but we have challenges in casting our products because we rely on Chinese firms, thereby compromising lead times and at times quality

We feel if we had our own furnaces we would offer a better service to our clients. We are therefore looking for a would be supplier or partner to undertake this venture.

Because at times we also have small orders and most times big orders our preference is to own 2 x 1ton induction furnaces and a smaller 500kg  crucible furnace specifically for melting bronze and Aluminium. The former Induction furnaces are for smelting steel and cast iron at times with Manganese

We are looking for a company that can supply and partner us with induction furnaces from 1T to 2T for use in making mining wear parts which are high demand here.

We already have an existing market with most of the major mines but we lack equipment for use in manufacturing these wear plates, especially induction furnaces that we can use when smelting scrap steel and also bronze.
