Looking for Strategic Partners in Mining and Industrial Development and Fish Farming Project
We are a registered limited liability company in Tanzania, mainly dealing in the following:
(1) Renewable Energy Projects mainly in Hydro-power Projects in different development stages, and different capacities within United Republic of Tanzania.
(2) Mining mainly in Gypsum Surface mining for supply to cement companies, gypsum board and gypsum powder manufactures;
We have our Gypsum Mine. Considering Gypsum as Core Product we plan to invest in phases following manufacturing:
(a) Gypsum powder with production capacity of 800 Metric Tons per Day;
(b) Gypsum board with capacity of 12 million SQM annually;
(c) Clinker with production capacity of 3,300 Metric Tons per Day and
(d) Cement with production capacity of 1.0 million annually.
In order to implement Phase (c) and (d) above we have acquired following:
(a) 200 hectare (Ha) of Limestone Ore,
(b) 200 hectare (Ha) of Iron Ore and
(c) 200 hectare (Ha) of Pozzolana
We have acquired 6 Industrial Plots, each with an area of 13.5 hectare (Ha), for these industrial production. Further to that we have conducted Geological reports and all have business Plans.
The total Capital Expenditure for this Investment is estimated to US$ 180 million for Gypsum extraction and Industrial Related Production lines.
(3) Commercial Agriculture Production
We are interested in going into Commercial Agriculture Production. We have large land area in Coast Region which was planned for Forestry Project 12 Hectare (Ha) BUT we can change and move into large scale agriculture Commercial Production (4) Commercial Fish Farming aimed at production of 1,000 Metric Tones of Tilapia in every 4 months. Business Plan and land is available.
We this context, we are looking for Joint Venture Partner from Israel whom can come with Finance as Equity and Debt Finance; with technology transfer in this field of production line.
