  #1 Sound Command Mass Notification Systems

  #2  Pow-R-Entry device. It is used by law enforcement and military for forced entry.

• SC 360 System is for civil use for downtown areas, colleges & universities, etc. It is fixed, not mobile.
• SC1100 is a mobile unit.
• SC3500 – used in military encampments. It is used by the U.S. military throughout the world. It can be broken down and set up in different places. It can be used in ports and airports
• 60% of their sales are for military use; 40% for commercial/civil.
• The company's competitive advantages over its major competitors include Clarity of sound over distance

    The company  is interested in: 

1. JV with Israeli companies in contact with the military sector and law enforcement forces.
2. Buying small anti-drone radar technology from an Israeli company, and perhaps doing a JV.  The small radar, anti-drone radar would be integrated with Wildlife Defense’s sound systems. (Wildlife Defense bird & animal deterrence sound systems for use around cell towers, airports, marinas, the agricultural and aquaculture sectors, crops).
