Irish Water Tech company for sale (Pure Water Technology)

I met recently with an Investment banker from a company in Dublin. The principal, Philip Smith, is acting for an Irish client company that wishes to be acquired.

This company has a commercial product which treats and purifies (and monitors) compromised water via patented UV and Ozone treatment technology.

The company has developed two products - the Rainsafe and the Agrisafe – with breakthrough eco-friendly technology that addresses the increasing global challenge of providing safe, clean drinking water to the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors. The system can treat microbiologically compromised water from multiple water sources, including harvested rain, borehole, and municipal sources, to give pathogen and bacteria free drinking water

The company would like to expose this opportunity to potential Israeli acquirers or firms who may want to integrate their own technology or acquire the Irish firms IP.
