The supply fourteen (14), the partly installation and commissioning five (5), as well as the training in the installation, operation and maintenance of accelerograph stations.
Total quantity or scope:
I) The supply of all necessary equipment for fourteen (14) digital, 3-component, true force balance accelerograph stations, with GPS timing system and power supply system, including all required parts/cables/accessories for proper turn-key operation.
ii) The supply of all necessary software for communication with instruments, configuration of the instruments, viewing and downloading data.
iii) Installation and commissioning of five (5) stations, which will be conducted by experts of the manufacturing factory/-ies, or by experts authorized by the manufacturing factory/-ies. The specific sites in the territories of the Republic of Cyprus will be indicated by the Contracting Authority, and transport will be provided to the sites.
iv) User training which will be provided by the manufacturing factory/-ies, or by experts authorized by the manufacturing factory/-ies for the use of all of the supplied equipment and software. The training must provide the users with skills for the installation, operation and maintenance of the accelerograph stations and for diagnosing the source/cause of any potential problems/malfunctions.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 130 000 EUR
Deposits and guarantees required:
1) Tender Guarantee: Six thousand and five hundred Euros (6 500 EUR).
2) Performance Guarantee: 10 % of the Contract Value.
3) Good Operation Guarantee: 3 % of the Contract Value.
Technical capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:
They must possess, and be able to document adequately, know-how and experience in the implementation of contracts similar to the contract being put out to tender and, more specifically, they must be able to document their know-how, reliability, effectiveness and experience in the delivery of similar products and in the provision of user training and installation services.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
They must, during the last three (3) years, have completed successfully at least three (3) contracts, with a budgeted cost amounting to at least seventy-five per cent (75 %) of the Contract Budget and having as their scope the supply and installation of similar products, with a minimum participation rate of seventy-five per cent (75 %). The term ‘completed’ shall mean that implementation of the respective contract is at least 80 % complete.
