Our company is a legal agency specialized in local and national recovering debts. Founded in 2006 in Bucharest by Ramona Kolcze and Ion Iliuta, we recover accounts receivable debts, obligations amicably, judicial and extrajudicial.

In addition of debt recovery, we can offer other services such as: foundation /
modification companies, firms canceled, PFA, mentions the Trade Registry, OSIM records.

We want to collaborate with companies from all fields, because we can offer them both, the debt recovery services and services pertaining to Trade Register. Also we are open for cooperation with companies debt collection and law firms globally, to whom we can provide our knowledge and resources in terms of legislation in Romania and directing to them cases of our customers who have debts to be recovered from companies from other countries.
