Total quantity or scope:

The maximum available budget for the first 12-month contract period is 125 000 EUR.
In case a tenderer submits a tender that exceeds the maximum available budget for the first 12-month contract period, then its tender will be rejected.
The amount specified above does not include:
1. Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT, wherever applicable, should be declared separately.
2. The right to a negotiated procedure mentioned in paragraph 2.5 of Part A of the tender documents.
3. The option rights of Paragraph 5.2.2 of Annex II which are estimated to amount to 125 000 EUR.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 250 000 EUR
