Our company, founded In 2007, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of flanges. With its quality oriented sales service policy, the company acquired a large customer portfolio in a short period of time as a distributor. Due to the significant growth of demand for flanges, the company decided to built its own manufacturing facility three years after it is established. In 2010, we opened a 3000 m² indoor hot forging plant in Gebze, Turkey and started immediately manufacturing Slip-on, Welding Neck and Blind Flanges. In line with its growth plan, we added threaded flanges, loose flanges and HDPE steel flanges to its production line in 2012. Our company serves domestic and international industrial markets with its 50 employees, including 5 mechanical engineers to produce the highest quality at competitive prices as well as meeting its customers’ required delivery schedule. The plant currently has two forging lines. The first line has a capacity of 25 kg/jull and the second line has a capacity of 80 kg/jull. We are able to load pieces to the second line up to 30 kg. The forging plant consist of the most modern equipment combined with the latest technology in forging to assure superior products that meet the international quality standards. Our company is certified to the quality standard ISO 9001:2000 and domestic TSE standard.
