Competition for the provision of services for media planning and buying in the advertising media for the implementation of an advertising campaign in the United Kingdom. The services are divided in 2 lots: Lot 1: Press Advertising Campaign in United Kingdom; Lot 2: Radio Advertising Campaign in United Kingdom.

Total quantity or scope:

The cost element in the present competition takes the form of a fixed price on the basis of which economic operators will compete only on the criterions mentioned in paragraph 2.7. Therefore the contract value of each lot is:
Lot 1 — Press Advertising campaign in the UK: Three hundred ninety five thousand Euro (395 000 EUR) plus VAT;
Lot 2 — Radio Advertising campaign in the UK: One hundred thousand Euro (100 000 EUR) plus VAT.
The Tenderer should take into account that the amount of 395 000 EUR (Lot 1) and 100 000 EUR (Lot 2) is the contract value and includes payments if any, made under the law and all expenses required for meeting its obligations as described in Article 3 ‘Description of Contract Scope’ (media planning, media buying, etc.) as well as its expenses and profit. It also includes duties and taxes payable and contributions, if any, levied under European Union Laws on imported products. The amount of 395 000 EUR plus VAT (Lot 1) and 100 000 EUR plus VAT (Lot 2) shall be deemed final and shall not be affected by any variations of the aforementioned taxes, duties and / or contributions.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 495 000 EUR
